Cooking has always been not only a challenge for me dreaming up new recipes and creative ideas for dinner parties but cooking has always been a pleasure. I did have two restaurants and catering business for seven years until I finally managed to get this dream out of my system. I am now content with trying my new ideas out on friends - so far they all seem to be surviving.
